Refund Policy

Funds credited to an investment account remain available for withdrawal at any time, subject to compliance review and the specific settlement rules of the underlying instrument.

Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days after compliance approval. Funds are returned to the originating payment method wherever possible.

We do not charge withdrawal fees on standard fiat withdrawals. Third-party network fees (for example, blockchain gas fees) may apply to crypto withdrawals.
